Born of One-Nighters
The idea of living the road band life is the last thing on our minds. We are local musicians interested in local gigs ( with occasional travel for festivals ). Over the years, the 4 of us have collectively logged thousands of gigs in a variety of settings, groups, and genres— with the occasional festival appearance — in cities across the country. Our time spent playing live with a so many great musicians and exploring various genres proved crucial in shaping our sound. We have come together as a forum for musical expression which surpasses genres and preconceived notions of what an acoustic band is.
Musical Shape Shifters
The musicians in Acoustic music grew up together in the same Phoenix, Arizona area and bonded over shared passions for sound, rhythm and groove. Each member brings a unique musical aesthetic to the band and we’ve grown comfortable jumping genres and mashing up influences.
Looking to the Future
Our set list will prominently feature time honored covers as well as the new stuff but also dive into favorites from our previous releases. Check out our schedule page for when we’ll be playing near you.
